Installation of fuel nozzle adapters using studs and nuts to be done in accordance with Atlantic Turbines Technical Instruction TI 2003-010, Revision 3, Transport Canada approved December 30, 2004, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. The following Maintenance Data is required:
a) Applicable Atlantic Turbines International Inc., Maintenance Manual Supplements as noted on Continuation Sheet 4, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
b) Applicable Atlantic Turbines International Inc., Overhaul Manual Supplement as noted on Continuation Sheet 5, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
c) Applicable Atlantic Turbines International Inc., Illustrated Parts Catalogue Supplement as noted on Continuation Sheet 6, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written permission of that permission.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
