This modification would incorporate improved compressor components into the Pratt & Whitney PT6A-28 engine from the PT6A- 135A engine in order to have better altitude performance than the base engine.
1. Installation in accordance Standard Aero Limited Engine Modification Instructions TODR 71075, Revision Initial, dated December 19, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintain in accordance with Standard Aero Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (Maintenance) ICA RDC 008-03 M, Revision Initial, dated May 20, 2008 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. Overhaul in accordance with Standard Aero Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (Overhaul) ICA RDC 008-03 OH, Revision Initial, dated December 20, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
