General Aviation Modifications, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report 26-7560001, Rev. IR, dated November 5, 2018 or later revision is required.

1. Approval of this change in type design applies to engines listed in the AML only. This approval should not be ext ended to engines of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that engine.

2. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as a part of the permanent records of this modified engine.
