Original Product--Type Certificate Number: E-253 Make: Teledyne Continental Motors Model : O-300-A, -B, -C, -D, -E, C-145-2, -2H, -2HP

Replacement of Slick model 664 magnetos with Slick Model 6264 magnetos in accordance with Slick Service Letter SL3-87 “Slick 6200 Series Magnetos for TCM O-300 Series Engines” dated August 12, 1987, or later FAA approved revision; or installation of Slick Model 6364 magneto in accordance with Slick Service Letter SL1-91, dated November 12, 1992, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The limitations and conditions shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet Number E-298 for the Teledyne Continental Motors GO-300 series of engines remain in effect.

3. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
