Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Oil Filter Cap Safety Adapter in accordance with Propulsion Technology Corp. drawing PTO9001, dated April 25, 1991, or later approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other engines of this model that incorporate any other previously approved modification, unless it is determine by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modification will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that engine model. This installation is limited to a maximum pressure altitude of 37,000 feet. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
