13* Civil Air *Certification basis is set forth on Type Certificate Data Sheet E-273, Revision 29.

Installation of oil fitting (AN-823-5D) in rocker box cover in accordance with Walker Engineering Company Drawing List No.

DLW-2031, Revision “A”, dated May 8, 1978, or later approved FAA-approved revisions.

This approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above listed models only. This approval should not be extended to other specific engines of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the above listed engines. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified engine. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
