Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. Rotorcraft modified in accordance with this STC must be operated in accordance with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) for installation configuration(s) as listed on ACL 06-RDE-0421, Revision D, dated July 25, 2022, or later FAA-approved revision, and maintained in accordance with the Maintenance Manual Supplement (MMS) for installation configuration(s) as listed on the same ACL, or later FAA-approved revision.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
A copy of this certificate, RFMS, and MMS shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
