Installation of an AFE Model 4000 Radar Kit in accordance with Aeronautical Accessories, Inc. Drawing List Report AA-88058, no revision, dated May 13, 1992, or later FAA approved revision.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated March 23, 1981, is a required part of this STC.
