FAA Approved Olympic Flight Manual Supplement dated August 25, 1971 is required.

Timitatinsand Odilions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the Hughes 369HE, 369HM, and 369HS helicopters only. This approval should not be extended to helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Flight Manual Supplement dated 8/25/71, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
