FAA Form 8110-2 (03/21) 369HS and 369HE (Serial Number101 and subs) 369HM (Serial Number 201 and Subs) 369D (Serial Number 003 and Subs) 369E, 369F, 369FF, and 500N Installation of the C-75 cargo rack set in accordance with Isolair Drawing List Number 75-500-DP-05, dated June 28, 1971, or later FAA approved revision. The FAA approved Isolair Cargo Rack Set C-75 Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Part Number

1. 75-500-DP-01 is required for the 369HS, 369E, and 369HM

2. 75-500-DP-03 is required for the 369D

3. 75-500-DP-04 is required for the 369E, 369F, 369FF models and

4. 75-500-DP-06 is required for the 500N models.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are in incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this Certificate and appropriate Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
