Manufacture of a Controllable Belly Mounted Searchlight (Nightscanner) in accordance with Aeronautical Accessories, Inc. Report No. KR-212, Revision D, dated June 30, 1983 or later FAA approved revisions and installation per Report No. KR-211, Revision D, dated June 23, 1983, or later FAA approved revisions.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Eurocopter/Aerospatiale AS-350B, B1, B2, D, D1, BA, B3 Nightscanner Lighting System, dated July 1, 1983, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this STC.

The 14 CFR part 43 is adequate to ensure Continued Airworthiness of this modification.
