Installation of exhaust muffler assembly in accordance with FAA sealed Aircraft Technical Service, Inc. A & H Welding Company Drawing Summary 1446, Change “D”, or later FAA approved revision.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministrat ion.

The limitations and conditions of Data Sheet 2H3 apply, except as described on page 3 of this STC. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each airplane modified in accordance with this STC.
1. The FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated March 8, 1974, is required with this installation.
2. The cylinder head temperature pick-up must be changed from cylinder #2 (top right looking forward) to cylinder #6 (bottom right looking forward). A description of this change must be included in the Installation Instructions.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
