Cargo Hook Load Cell System in accordance with FAA Sealed Onboard Weighing Systems Master Document List No. 2/20, Revision 1, dated January 27, 1984, or later FAF approved revision, and Installation of this system in combination with Eastern Cargo Hook P/N A25LT and Aerospatiale Cargo Swing System, P/N 355 A82-000-06 in accordance with FAA approved Onboard Weighing Systems Installation Instructions No. 2720, dated March 10, 1982, or later FAA approved revision; or (See Continuation Sheet) Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the Aerospatiale Model AS355E, AS355F, AS355Fl, and AS355F2 helicopters only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter.
