Limilalins and bundilins: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model helicopter only. This approval should not be extended to other helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter. A copy of this Certificate and Addendum No. SH189NW shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.

SH189NW The conditions and limitations of the original specifications apply except as follows:
This Addendum, which is part of Supplemental Type Certificate No. SH189NW, prescribes the conditions and limitations under which the STC was issued and meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations Part 6.
A copy of this Addendum shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
Supplemental Type Certificate HOLDER: Weyerhaeuser Company I. BELL MODELS 206A AND 206B HELICOPTERS AS MODIFIED BY STC SH189NW Airspeed Limits: Placard must be placed in full view of the pilot and must state:
DO NOT EXCEED 100 MPH VNE
WITH RIGHT FRONT DOOR OFF
REAR DOORS MUST BE ON Flight Manual Entry: Helicopters approved for flight with the right front door removed per STC SH189NW dated June 9, 1975, and amended June 27, 1979.
