Installation of shoulder harness restraint system in accordance with Aeronautical Accessories, Inc. Report No. AA-86025, Drawing List, shoulder harness restraint system, dated January 30, 1987, or later FAA approved revision.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This determination should include considerations of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.
