This installation supplements the existing main gear box oil temperature monitoring system.
Limilalions andbendilions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation of the Electronics International Digital Temperature Indicating System on Sikorsky Model S-61A Helicopter, Serial Number 61083, R/N N1043T, only. The modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual dated May 11, 1984, or later FAA approved revision.
A copy of this certificate and the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be arried in the rotorcraft at all times May 11, 1984 Date Amended:
