Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Wysong Enterprises Airborne News Gathering System in accordance with Wysong Enterprises, Inc., Report # 3501, Initial Release, dated June 1, 1990, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated June 25, 1990, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this STC. The compatibility of this design change with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder of this STC agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
