Desc ription of Type Design Change:

Modification of dual control cyclic stick into quick removable stick similar to Bell 47A stick by cutting off the stick and making an insert of 4130 steel tube to fit inside in accordance with Kitz Kopter Drawing No. KK1123, two photographs, and instructions dated 6/15/64, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. This modification is to be accomplished only at the facility of the owner of this STC.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
