Original Product Type Certificate Number : 4H12 Make Sikorsky Model 269B, 269C Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Tayburn Antenna Deployment System in accordance with FAA Approved Alexair Indentured Drawing List 813-1000 dated April 3, 1981, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions : The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic aircraft of the specified models that are otherwise unmodified. This a pproval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approve d modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that ai rcraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
