Dr awing List Report No. 2000, no revision, dated November 18, 1986, or later FAA approved revisions. Heli-Dyne Inc. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter da ted December 31, 1986, or later FAA approved revision is required with this installation.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the listed models only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcra ft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this cha nge and any of those other previ ously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, th e holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
