This approval applies only to Huges model 369A, 369H, 369HM, 369HS, and 369HE helicopters which are fitted with the Airglas standard gear (Part No. 369A6000 or 369H6000). The approved Airglas Engineering Company, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Hughes 369A, 369H, 369HM, 369HS, and 369HE helicopters, dated June 24, 1974 is a part of this STC and must be included in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual proper when the Airglas model L-2700-369 skis are installed.

The approval of this change in type design applies to Hughes model 369A, 369H, 369HM, 369HS, and 369HE helicopters only. This approval should not be extended to other helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of that helicopter. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.
