Approval of this change in type design applies only to those basic MD Helicopters, LLC models referenced above that are equipped with either Hughes Jackpoint Doublers P/N 369H90017-19 or Isolair Stiffeners P/N 3700-19 and the Hughes high skid landing gear. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. Rotorcraft equipped with this spray system must be operated in accordance with Isolair Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated February 20, 1987, or later FAA approved revision.

A copy of Supplemental Type Certificate Number SH3686NM, Continuation Sheet and the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be carried in the modified rotorcraft at all times.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
