Original Product⎯Type Certificate Number: H1PC 1H16 Make: Kawasaki Boeing Model: KV107-II Vertol 107-II KV107-IIA Description of the Type Design Change: Introduction of alternate aft transmission lower housing per Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Master Drawing List CHI-50, Revision C, dated 4-30-2007, or later FAA approved revision. This modification should be maintained IAW overhaul Manual Supplement CO7-5, “Transmission Lower Case C07D6004”, Revision 0, dated February 9, 2006 or later revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above helicopter only. This approval should not be extended to helicopters of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter. A copy of this certificate must be included in the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
