1H11 Sikorsky A-58ET, S-58BT Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Alternate Float Bottle System in accordance with New York Helicopter Installation Drawing List, Report No. S58T -DL-01, Revision A, dated August 20, 1986.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be incorporated in any rotorc raft of these specific models on which other approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated approved modifications will not introduce any adverse effec t upon the airworthiness of the rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
