F AA Form 8110-2 (03/21) Approval of this change in type design applies to the make and model helicopter listed above equipped with high skid landing gear. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this make and model on which other modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effects upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

Manufactured in accordance with Master Drawing List 3900-206, Revision IR, dated August 14, 2006, or later FAA-approved revision. The modified helicopter must be maintained in accordance with Isolair Document 3900ICA, Revision A, dated August 6, 2006, or later FAA-accepted revision.

Model 206B rotorcraft modified in accordance with this STC must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS). For the 3900-110 Spray Tank System use RFMS “Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Model Helicopters equipped with an Isolair Model 3900 110 Spray Tank System,” dated February 16, 1990, or later FAA-approved revision. For the Model 3900-206 Spray System use Document No. 39206FMS, Revision I/R, FAA-approved September 26, 2006, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this certificate, applicable FAA approved RFMS, and Maintenance Manual must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

NOTE: Restricted category rotorcraft may not be operated in a foreign country without the express written approval of that country.

NOTE: This rotorcraft has not been shown to meet the requirements of the applicable comprehensive and detailed airworthiness code as provided by Annex 8 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

NOTE: The rotorcraft noise was not shown to comply with the noise requirements in Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations part 36.
