The modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA Approved copy of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual supplement, dated May 16, 1990. A copy of this Certificate and the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft at all times.
