Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Bell Model 204B rotorcraft, Serial No. 2058, R/N N2045B, only. A copy of this Certificate and an FAA So ene ate approved Flight Manual Supplement dated August 22, 1990, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
