2. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, document number 222H-100M-2 for the Bell 222B, dated April 16, 1993, or later approved revision is required.
3. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement document number 222H-100M-3 for the Bell 222U, dated August 26, 1991, or later approved revision is required.
4. For Bell Model 222 modified in accordance with STC SH7853SW, FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, document number 222H-100M-4, dated August 26, 1991, or later approved revision is required.

9. Approval of this change in type design applies to the model of aircraft listed above only.
10. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved alterations must be determined by the installer.
11. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
12. A copy of this certificate and the appropriate flight manual supplement as liste d above must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the altered aircraft.
