Report No. PR-269MM-900M, "Monitor Mount Installation Instructions dated July 14, 1992, or later revision is a required part of this installation.
This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, and FAA Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement 269MM-100 dated July 21, 1992, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
