a. Avionics Specialties, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Helicopter Textron Model 206L-3 Helicopter, FAA Approved April 1, 1997 is required for this installation.
b. Avionics Specialties, Inc. Operator’s Manual, Power Analyzer and Recorder “PAR” Document No. 17010 OM, Revision B, dated August 30, 1996 must accompany this installation.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
