Original Product - Type Certificate Number: H2SW Make: Bell Model: 206A and 206B Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Bell 205 type cyclic grip in accordance with Weyerhaeuser Sketch No. 206-002-77, Sheets 1 and 2.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model helicopter only. This approval should not be extended to other helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, including changes in type design, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter.
A copy of this Certificate, Sketch 206-002-77 and Helicopter Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until sur rendered, suspended, revcked, or a termination date is sherwise established by the Sidministrator of the Federal Aviation Administration Date of Application: October 27, 1977 Date Reissued:
