412 serial numbers 33001 thru 33107 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Closed Circuit Refueling Receiver, P/N 750000-13, in accordance with HR Textron, Inc. installation instructions in Service Bulletin 750000-28-04, Revision 1, dated May 31, 1991, and an FAA Approved HR Textron, Inc. Drawing List Number 750097-13, Revision G, dated December 11, 1991, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft serial numbers 33001 thru 33107 only. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of these models that incorporate any other previously approved modification unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of these rotorcraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each rotorcraft modified in accordance with this STC. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
The FAA will reissue the certificate in the name of the transferee and forward it to him.
