Installation of Sperry Digital AFCS SPZ-7000 per Top Drawing Number HD222-00-0021 Revision D, dated October 6, 1986, or later FAA approved revision for Model 222B. Installation of Sperry SPZ-7000 digital AFCS per Heli-Dyne Drawing List HD230-00-0001, Rev. I/R, dated December 22, 1992, or later FAA approved revision for Model 230.
FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated February 6, 1985, or later FAA approved revision is required for Model 222U. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement HDD-87-10 dated September 9, 1987, or later FAA approved revision is required for Model 222B. FAA approved rotorcraft flight manual supplement HDD-92-24 dated February 8, 1993, or later FAA approved revision is required for Model 230. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
