Conversion to single-place cabin, without doors, revised cyclic and collective and throttle controls, rerouted electrical wiring according to Conversion Instructions for Installing Mini Cabin dated June 19, 1968, and K Copters Drawing List FAA Approved on January 6, 1970, and Drawings K5C9, K5C13, K5P-1 dated January 7, 1970, approved January 8,1970, for Bell model 47D1; and according to Conversion Instructions dated December 18, 1970, and Drawing List, Revision B, dated 1/11/71 or later FAA approved revision.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise establ ished by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.

Limitations and Conditions for Bell Model 47D1:

1. STC SH283SW and Bell 200 horsepower conversion Bell S.I. 150SI and P/N 47-670-030-1 oil cooler installations are required in conjunction with this modification.

2. STC SH752SW required when Lycoming engine is installed.

3. The following FAA Approved Helicopter Flight Manual Supplements are required:

a. Dated 1/7/66 for Serial No. T558, Red. No. N6323X.

b. Supplement “A” dated 6/28/68 with Franklin 178 h.p. engine.

c. Supplement “B” dated 6/28/68 with Franklin 200 h.p. engine.

d. Dated 1/31/67 with Lycoming VO-435 A1A, A1B, A1C, or A1D 200 h.p. engine.

e. Dated 6/28/68 with Lycoming VO-435 A1A, A1B, A1C, or A1D 178 h.p. engine.

f. Dated 1/8/70 with hydraulic boosted flight controls installed according to STC SH397SW.

Limitations and Conditions for Bell Model 47G-2:

4. For Bell Model 47G-2 FAA Approved Helicopter Flight Manual Supplement dated 1/8/71 required.

5. Approval is for normal category only for Bell Model 47G-2.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modification.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
