1. Avionics Specialties Flight Manual Supplement for McDonnell Douglas 500N Helicopter, FAA Approved May 4, 1993, is required with this installation.
2. Avionics Specialties, Inc. “Installation Manual for PAR System SL17066 McDonnell Douglas 500N Helicopter” dated March 15, 1993 is required with this installation.
3. Avionics Specialties, Inc. Operators Manual for PAR System SL17066, dated March 15, 1993 must accompany this installation.
D. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
E. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
