This approval is limited to the installation in Bell Model 204B, Serial No. 2058, R/N N204SB, only. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated May 7, 1993, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

This modification is intended for the purpose of aerial fire fighting. No finding on compliance with noise requirements for operations other than fire fighting have been made.
Airspeed Limitations: VNE = 100 KIAS Maximum jettison speed, power-off = 75 KIAS Electrical Loads: Turn off all non-essential loads during operation of fire fighting system.
Types of Operation: The helicopter must be operated in the restricted category unless the 275 gallon tank is empty and the hose and pump are detached.
