1. For the Wescam Mount 104 with 32” diameter dome, the installation is to be in accordance with:
a) Istec Limited Drawing No. 200D060, Rev. B, dated June 5, 1987, and Istec Ltd. Installation Instructions 104/350 dated November 21, 1986, for AS 350 series helicopters or,
b) Istec Limited Drawing No. 200D060, Rev. C, dated November 27, 1987, and Istec Ltd. Installation Instructions 104/350 dated November 27, 1987, for AS 350 series helicopters.
The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement applies for the installations as numbered above:
1. a) Flight Manual Supplement No. 104/350 dated December 15, 1986
b) Flight Manual Supplement No. 104/350 dated December 15, 1986

a) High or low skid landing gear
b) Any skis approved for use on the AS 350 series helicopters.
c) Rear view mirror.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.
