1. For Configuration 3, this installation is only eligible on helicopter Serial Number 7099.

2. This approval is for non-float equipped MBB-BK 117 A-3, A-4, B-1 aircraft, and for category B operations only.

3. The only optional equipment that this approval has been found to be compatible with are listed in the limitations section of the Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement; also note the other limitations.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. For Configuration 1, Keystone Helicopter Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM 88-1, FAA approved August 19, 1988 and revised November 4, 1988 is required with this modification; the original RFMS of August 19, 1988 is cancelled and superseded by Revision 1 dated November 4, 1988.

7. For Configuration 2, Keystone Helicopter Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM 88-1, Rev. 2, FAA approved May 11, 1989 is required with this modification.

8. For Configuration 3, Keystone Helicopter Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM 88-1.1, FAA approved May 15, 1989 for S/N 7099 helicopter is required with this modification.

9. For Configuration 4 & 5 Keystone Helicopter Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM 88-1, Rev. 3, FAA approved February 22, 1991 is required with this modification.
