Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Rev. 2, FAA approved February 2, 2001 to FAA approved Sikorsky Flight Manual Supplement No. 15, dated September 9, 1977, Revised May 19, 1986 and Carson Services Incorporated Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Rev. 2, FAA approved February 2, 2001 to FAA approved Sikorsky Flight Manual Supplement No.
16 dated October 20, 1977, Revised October 3, 1980 is required with this installation.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
