Limitations and Conditions: 1. Configuration I & II – Teledyne Avionics Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement for Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation Model AS-350B and AS-350B2 Helicopters FAA approved March 24, 1992 is required for this installation.

2. Configuration I - Teledyne Avionics “Installation/Maintenance Manual Power Analyzer and Recorder “PAR” Document No.
AS350IM, dated January 6, 1992, must accompany this installation.
Teledyne Avionics Document No. AS350OM.001 “PAR Power Analyzer and Recorder Operating Manual Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation Model AS-350B and AS-350B2 SL17038 SL17051” dated November 27, 1991 is required for this installation.
3. Configuration II – Avionics Specialties, Inc. “Installation Manual Power Analyzer & Recorder “PAR”, Document No. 17038IM, dated September 15, 1996 must accompany this installation.
Avionics Specialties, Inc. “Operators Manual Power Analyzer & Recorder “PAR”, Document No. 17038OM, dated September 15, 1996 is required for this installation.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
