NOTE: This extension replaces Sikorsky Tail Pipe Extension P/N 6430-80601-083.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other rotorcraft. This approval is limited to Erickson Model S-64E, Serial Number 64002 only. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
