1. Teledyne Avionics “Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation Models AS355 F1/F2 Helicopters”, FAA Approved January 23, 1992 is required with this Installation.
2. Teledyne Avionics Document No. AS355IM.005 dated December 16, 1991 ‘Installation Manual Power Analyzer and Recorder “PAR” for the following Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation Configured Helicopters”, is required with the installation.

3. Teledyne Avionics Document No. AS355OM.044, dated December 16, 1991 “PAR Power Analyzer and Recorder Operating Manual Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation series AS355 Helicopters”, must accompany each installation.
4. STC SH7962SW is a prerequisite for the installation of PAR No. AL17059.
5. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
