Description of Type Design hange:
Incorporation of a Fuel Flow Indicating System in accordance with Shadin Company Report Number 4052, revised March 22, 1984, or subsequent FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other helicopters of these models that incorporate any other previously approved modification, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of these helicopters.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
