47G-5 2H3 Installation of Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. Model BG5 agricultural spreader in accordance with Section II, Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. Operating Instructions dated May 10, 1967, for Evergreen Model BG5 pace spreader, Bell Helicopter Co. sling kit No. 47-706-660-9 is required.
This approval should not be extended to other specific helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change 3/13/67 2/15/2024 5/24/67 for Manager, West Certification Branch 3
Bell Helicopter Co. Rotorcraft Flight Manual dated April 6, 1966, or later approved revision, is required.
and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
