Similations and bendituns: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other helicopters. This approval is limited to the installation in Hughes 269C, Serial Numbers 440.296 and 300.009 only.
A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
