Wayne Clevenger FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated October 27, 1967 is required.

This approval should not be extended to other specific helicopt rs of these models on which other previously pproved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved odiflcations will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter.
