Helicopters with the Eliminator II system installed may be operated in the Transport Category with the snorkle and pump assembly removed. Water drop operations and/or operations with the pump and snorked assembly installed are limited to day VFR and in accordance with A FAR 133 operating certificate. High Clearance Landing Gear P/N 117-84039 and a Cargo Hook Mirror P/N 117-80141 or 117-80152 are required with this installation. Compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
