Installation of Dart Aerospace Ltd. Cargo Mirror in accordance with FAA Approved Model List (AML) SH975NE

1. This modification is to be maintained in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA- D212-580, Revision 1, dated January 28, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

2. Approval of this change in type design applies to the above models of aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effects upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model Lis t (AML) No. SH975NE amended January 29, 2008, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
