1. Western Propeller Company Ltd. “Propelle r Maintenance/Repair Manual Supplement WPL-C703-4, Rev. A, dated May 7, 2001 must accompany this installation.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another pers on to use this certificate to alter a produc t, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
