4. Definition of the Type Design Change: TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List MDL- QB0777 Revision A, dated May 7, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision.

5. Basis of Certification for affected areas: AWM 527 at Change 527-3. This is equivalent to 14 CFR Part 27 at amendment 27-30.
